Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the conditions of use of the services offered through the werdejob.com platform ("Platform") operated by EUROPE GROUP CONSULTANCY DOO ("WerdeJob", "Company", "we"). By registering on the Platform, purchasing our services, or using the Platform in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

1 Parties and Definitions

• "Platform":The website and digital services offered under the werdejob.com domain
• "User" / "Candidate":Natural persons who register on and/or benefit from the Platform's services
• "Employer":Germany-based institutions or companies that benefit from candidate matching services through the Platform
• "Service Package":Paid consulting and process management packages offered by WerdeJob
• "Consultant":Career and immigration consultants employed by WerdeJob

2 Service Scope

WerdeJob offers the following services to professionals seeking careers in regulated professions (healthcare, engineering, education, law) in Germany:

2.1. Core Services

• Diploma Recognition (Anerkennung) Consulting:Identification of the appropriate recognition authority, preparation of the application file, process tracking, Kenntnisprüfung/Anpassungsmaßnahme guidance
• Visa and Work Permit Consulting:Application support for EU Blue Card, Chancenkarte (FEG 2024), Anerkennungspartnerschaft, and other visa types
• Job Matching:Position matching suitable for your profession through our registered employer network in Germany
• German Language Training Referral:Referral to language training programs suitable for your level and profession
• Career Coaching:German-format CV (Lebenslauf) preparation, motivation letter, interview preparation
• Settlement and Integration Support:Accommodation, insurance, bank account, and cultural adaptation guidance

2.2. Additional Services

• Document translation (sworn translator support)
• Apostille and consular certification guidance
• Appointment management (consulate, recognition authority, examination)
• Insurance consulting
• Online candidate panel access
• 24/7 support line

3 Account Creation and Usage

3.1. Registration Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years old to register on the Platform
• All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete
• Each user may create only one account
• Registration is completed with email verification

3.2. Account Security

• You are entirely responsible for the security of your account password
• You must not share your password with third parties
• If you detect unauthorized access to your account, you must immediately notify info@werdejob.com
• WerdeJob reserves the right to temporarily suspend your account in case of suspicious account activity

3.3. Account Transfer

Your account is personal to you. You may not transfer, rent, or sell your account to a third party.

4 User Obligations

As Platform users, you accept the following obligations:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information and documents
• Provide the documents requested during the consulting process in a timely manner
• Participate in required examinations and interviews during recognition, visa, or job application processes
• Use the Platform in compliance with laws; not share false information
• Refrain from actions that could damage the Platform\'s technical infrastructure
• Not share other users\' information without permission
• Maintain regular communication with WerdeJob during the consulting process

5 Service Packages and Payment

5.1. Package Selection

WerdeJob offers various consulting packages. The scope, duration, and fee of each package can be viewed in detail from the candidate panel and service agreement. Package purchase creates a service agreement between the parties.

5.2. Payment Terms

• Package fees can be determined in Euros (EUR) or Turkish Lira (TRY)
• Payment is made upfront or within the specified installment plan at the time of package purchase
• Payment methods:Bank transfer, credit card, or online payment
• Invoices are sent digitally via email
• WerdeJob reserves the right to suspend the service in case of late payment

5.3. Refund Policy

WerdeJob service packages are non-refundable. This is because the consulting process begins immediately upon payment approval. Upon package purchase:

• Your personal file is opened and an expert consultant is assigned
• Profile analysis, eligibility assessment, and roadmap preparation are initiated
• Services such as recognition authority identification, document review, and process planning are activated

Therefore, pursuant to Article 16(a) of the European Consumer Rights Directive, the right of withdrawal does not apply when the service has been fully commenced with the consumer's explicit consent.

6 WerdeJob's Responsibilities

• Provide consulting services professionally, ethically, and in compliance with laws
• Inform the user about the process in a timely and accurate manner
• Protect personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy
• Make every effort to provide the best match through the employer network
• Prepare application files with care and monitor processes
• Track changes in legal regulations and inform users

7 Limitations of Liability

WerdeJob cannot be held responsible for the following:

• Decisions of official authorities (Anerkennungsstelle, Ausländerbehörde, consulate)
• Employers\' hiring decisions or withdrawal of job offers
• Rejection of visa applications
• Negative outcomes of recognition applications
• Examination failures (Kenntnisprüfung, telc, Eignungsprüfung, etc.)
• Problems arising from the user providing incorrect or incomplete information
• The user\'s failure to participate in processes or fulfill their obligations
• Force majeure (natural disaster, war, pandemic, legislative changes, government decisions)
• Errors of third-party service providers (translation office, language school, courier, etc.)
• Temporary inaccessibility of the Platform (maintenance, updates, technical failure)

8 Intellectual Property Rights

• The WerdeJob name, logo, designs, software, content, and databases are the intellectual property of EUROPE GROUP CONSULTANCY DOO
• Content on the Platform may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission
• Content uploaded by users to the Platform (CV, documents) remains the property of the user; however, a usage license is deemed to have been granted to WerdeJob for the purpose of fulfilling the service
• Blog and guide content is for informational purposes; unauthorized commercial use is prohibited

9 Account Suspension and Termination

9.1. By User

• You can close your account at any time from your candidate panel or by writing to info@werdejob.com
• If there is an ongoing paid service, the account remains active until the service process is completed
• Account closure does not eliminate ongoing payment obligations

9.2. By WerdeJob

In the following cases, WerdeJob may suspend or permanently close your account with prior notice:

• Violation of these Terms
• Providing fraudulent or misleading information/documents
• Actions threatening Platform security
• Violation of other users\' rights
• Engaging in illegal activities
• Payment obligations delayed by more than 30 days

10 Privacy and Data Protection

For detailed information about the collection, processing, and protection of your personal data, please review our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you also accept our Privacy Policy.

11 Force Majeure

WerdeJob cannot be held responsible for delays or failure to fulfill services due to natural disasters, war, pandemic, strike, government decisions, legislative changes, internet infrastructure failures, or other extraordinary circumstances beyond the parties' control. Obligations are suspended during the force majeure period.

12 Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction

12.1. Governing Law

These Terms are subject to the laws of the Republic of Serbia and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia.

12.2. Dispute Resolution Process

• In disputes between the parties, amicable resolution is sought first
• If no agreement is reached within 30 days of written application, the parties may resort to mediation
• In case of unsuccessful mediation, the Commercial Courts of Belgrade shall have jurisdiction

12.3. For European Union Consumers

EU/EEA citizens may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution Platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).

13 Amendment of Terms

WerdeJob reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. When significant changes are made:

• Changes are notified to the registered email address at least 15 days in advance
• A visible announcement is published on the Platform
• The effective date is clearly stated
• If you do not accept the changes, you have the right to close your account and request a proportional refund for ongoing services

14 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable by a competent court or authority, that provision shall be severed from the Terms and the remaining provisions shall retain their full validity.

15 Entire Agreement

These Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, and (if applicable) the signed service agreement together constitute the entire agreement between the parties. Oral or written commitments outside these documents are invalid.
